Biser was born Sept. 20, 1889, in Holiday, and had lived in this area since 1925. She was an inspector for RKO Film Productions for 25 years. She was a member of the Elmwood Rebekah Lodge and the Grandview chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of church.

Her first husband, Clarence Hess, died in- t925. Her second husband, Orville E. Biser, died in 1970. Survivors include a stepson, Robert: 0. Biser, Springfield, stepdaughter, Vera Caldwell, Sun City, grandchildren: and great-grandchildren.

The family suggests contributions to the Friends of the Zoo or the American Cancer Society. Mr. McClenaghan had owned the business since 1946. He was a Pennsylvania state trooper from 1940 to 1942. He was a member of the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce.

He was a member of the Overland Park Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite bodies. Abdallah Shrine and the Trail Seventies. He was a Navy veteran of World War 11. He was a member of St. Michael All' Angels Episcopal Church.

He was born in Philadelphia and moved to this area 46 years ago. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte A. McClenaghan of the home: a son. Leroy R. McClenaghan San Diego; a daughter, Kathleen W.

Schlegel, Overland Park: and four grandchildren. Dwight J. Mulford Dwight J. Mulford, 81, Lawrence. formerly of Kansas City, a professor emeritus at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, died Dec.

9, 1992, at the home. Services will be at p.m. Saturday at the Donnell-Wiegand Chapel, Greenville, cremation with private burial in Mount Nebo Cemetery, near Greenville. The family suggests contributions to the Kansas University Endowment Association or to the Visiting Nurses Association of Douglas County, Kan. Mr.

Mulford taught biochemistry at the medical school for 27 years, retiring in 1977. He served on the school's admissions committee from 1950 to 1972 and was dean of admissions from 972 to 1977. Earlier he was an instructor and researcher at Boston and Harvard universities. He received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and chemistry from Greenville College and a doctorate in biochemistry from St. Louis University.

He was born in Greenville and lived in Boston before moving to Lawrence in 1949. He moved to Kansas City, in 1963 and returned to Lawrence in 1983. Survivors include his wife of 54 years. Clarice Brewer Mulford of the home. and two sisters, Louise Erwin, Belleville, and Mary Isabel, Lincoln, Ill.

Robert C. Steele Robert Clay Steele, 53, Kansas City in Platte County, co-owner of the Kansas City Air Filter died Dec. 7, 1992, at a hospital in Tucson, Ariz. Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at St.

Andrew Apostle Catholic Church; burial in the Leavenworth National Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the McGilley Antioch Chapel, where prayer services will be at 7 p.m. The family requests no flowers and suggests contributions to the Robert C. Steele Scholarship Fund, in care of Commerce Bahk, 911 Main St.

Mr. Steele had co-owned the business since 1982. He was a member of the Kansas City Industrial Commission. He was an Air Force veteran and a member of the American Legion. He was a member of the church.

She graduated from the Emmanuel Bible Institute of El Paso. She was past president of the El Paso Ministers' Wives, was secretary of the Inter-Denominational Ministerial Alliance in El Paso and was director of youth ministries for the Northwest Texas Methodist Conference of the AME Church. She was member of the National Association for the me Advancement of Colored People. She was a member of the Lakeview (Calif.) Baptist. Church.

Mrs. Champion was born in Cato, and lived in Kansas City. from 1927 until she moved to Texas in 1947. She moved to Sparks in 1982. She and her husband owned a drive-in cafe and a jewelry store in Rotan, Texas, in the late 1950s and the 1960s.

Earlier they owned a jewelry store' in Eden, Texas. She was a member of the Sparks Senior Citizens. Her husband, Cecil E. Champion, died in 1982. Survivors include a daughter, Doris Montgomery King, Sparks: a sister, Ola Kent.

Mr. Joss was born in Manhattan, and moved to this area 58 years ago. He was a salesman for the Gas Service Co. for 30 years, retiring in 1971. He was a member of the National Rifle Association.

Earlier she was a draftsman for Black Veatch, a cartographer for the Army Corps of Engineers and a clerk for Trans City Art Institute and the University of World Airlines Inc. Ex-KC woman dies in head-on collision A former Kansas City woman was killed Monday evening in a three-vehicle accident near Marceline, Mo. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the accident occurred miles north of Marceline on Missouri 5 about 6 p.m. Monday.

A southbound car driven by 68-year-old Billie Twitchel of Marceline crossed the center line and collided head-on with a car driven by 38-year-old Margie Stephenson of Marceline. Stephenson's car was then struck from behind by another northbound car driven by 25-year-old Gregory Lammert of Brookfield, Mo. Twitchel was pronounced dead at the scene. Stephenson was taken to Pershing Memorial Hospital, Brookfield, with serious injuries. The report did not indicate that Lammert had been injured.
