Friedemann was a longtime resident of Englewood before moving to Dallas last August. Ile was active in St. John's Lutheran Church, serving as deacon and youth ministry adviser. He was instrumental in founding Cub Pack Thomas F. Kearns NORTH ARLINGTON Thomas F.
Kearns of the Riverview Garden Apartments died yesterday in St. Joseph's Hospital. Paterson. He was 83. He was born in Jersey City and lived in Hawthorne 40 vears before moving here recently.
Mr. Kearns retired from the Railway Express Agency, New York, after 42 years of service. He worked at the Ridgewood YMCA for three years. He was a member of St. Anthony's Church of Hawthorne and of the St.
Anthony's Holy Name Society. Surviving are four sons, Thomas J. of Little Rock, Brother Gerald, H.O., of the Church of St. John of God, Brookline, James of Ridgewood, and John of Saddle Brook: two daughters, Jennie Meyer of Hazlet and Theresa Meeker of Clay, N.Y., and 25 grandchildren. His wife, the former Sophie Roncorni, died in 1951.
